Moyutlan Coffee's small collective of family farms is located between the beautiful lake Amatitlan and the active Moyuta Volcano. These farms have been meticulously managed by Jesus Recinos, a fourth generation coffee farmer in the traditional regional style utilizing shade grown techniques and only using ecological friendly ways of pest control; the weeds are controlled by hand providing steady work all year round. 

In the late 1800's (100 years after the farms were founded) they became recognized as a leader in the field of estate grown specialty grade coffee. Today, they are extremely proud to be recognized internationally for their excellent quality coffee. This year they celebrated multiple wins, and took first place as the ACE national winner for several of their coffees.
